Job summary

Comcentric Inc. is seeking a contractor onboarding specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding activities, coordinate with managers and suppliers, and maintain accurate records in Beeline and Magnit. You will handle forms, approvals, background checks, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes compliance, meticulous record-keeping, and proactive communication with contractors and internal teams to drive smooth onboarding and ongoing reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing the end-to-end contingent workforce onboarding lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with a VMS (Beeline and Magnit strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contingent workforce best practices and worker classifications.
• Proficiency with DocuSign, Adobe, and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with compliance-related documentation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, and comfort collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather onboarding details from managers and suppliers to kick off the contractor onboarding process.
• Prepare, send, and track all required forms and approvals across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion.
• Support background checks as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors during onboarding, resolving questions and issues as they come up.
• Keep contractor records accurate and current across Beeline, Magnit, and internal systems.
• Track onboarding progress and prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits of contractor records to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot Beeline and Magnit platform issues from a business perspective.
