Agility Partners is seeking a detail‑oriented Consultant Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding, offboarding, and related operational tasks for a diverse client base. You will ensure accurate data, timely communication, and a positive new-hire experience while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.

The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client-specific onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal cross functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day consultant onboarding from offer extension through day one readiness consistent with client-specific pre-employment requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants during onboarding and offboarding milestones, providing support as needed and shaping the new hire experience.
• Partner with Talent, Account Executives, clients, and consultants to manage onboarding timelines and requirements across client programs.
• Escalate onboarding issues, compliance concerns, or start date risks to appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage offboarding tasks, including equipment return coordination and final-day communications.
• Maintain consultant lifecycle process documentation with the People Operations team to optimize workflows.
• Accurately maintain employee and candidate records across systems.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of employment eligibility verification and onboarding compliance requirements.
