Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino seeks a Contracts & Compliance Coordinator to oversee contract intake, review, approval, and filing. You will support onboarding, prequalification, vendor/subcontractor management, and compliance processes across multiple teams.

This role ensures documents are complete, tracked, and moved through the process on time, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Finance to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, construction or industrial project administration, customer onboarding, prequalification, procurement, vendor/subcontractor management, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, industrial services, environmental services, specialty contracting, equipment rental, or commercial construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts from intake through review, approval, execution, and filing.
• Assist Sales and Operations with contract routing and approvals.
• Ensure required exhibits, scopes of work, insurance requirements, schedules, and supporting documents are complete.
• Maintain contract records in the contract management system.
• Track contracts requiring action, approval, signature, renewal, or follow-up.
• Maintain executed agreements and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Project Management, Risk, and leadership when additional review or decisions are needed.
• Help teams locate agreements and contract information.
• Support contract reporting, system improvements, and document management.
