Job summary

Prolink is seeking a Temporary Compliance Onboarding Specialist to partner with the Compliance department and complete onboarding for designated external talent. This on-demand role handles onboarding activities such as I-9 verification, drug testing, and benefits orientation, with shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage confidential information with integrity, coordinate across divisions, and adapt to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, business writing, and customer service skills.
• Able to professionally manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Able to perform compliance duties work across multiple division.
• High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-employment paperwork.
• Collect and maintain onboarding documentation for all external employees, including I-9 verification, IDs, immunization records and certifications.
• Complete drug testing and background check onboarding.
• Orient new employees to company benefits.
• Handle confidential information on a regular basis such as pay and other personnel related issues.
• Responsible for complete onboarding prior to an employee beginning a scheduled assignment.
• Monitor onboarding throughout the length of the employee’s assignment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
