Job summary

Stradit LLC is seeking an onboarding operations professional to coordinate preboarding and onboarding for employees and contingent workers. You will manage workflows, track progress, and serve as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions.

You will collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance to ensure timely, compliant activations and documentation. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of onboarding operations or HR operations experience.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for employees and contingent workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers.
• Initiate onboarding workflows and monitor cases for timely completion.
• Track onboarding progress and manage follow-ups, escalations, and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, managers, and onboarding partners.
• Provide region-specific onboarding support across multiple worker populations.
• Support access gating controls to ensure completion before activation.
• Coordinate identity verification and right-to-work requirements where applicable.
• Ensure onboarding documents and attestations are completed accurately.
• Monitor workflows for risks and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate compliance training and tracking with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and compliance.
