Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in HR compliance or related experience, including contingent workforce.
• Must have owned or overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Hands-on with HRIS/workforce systems; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders to understand requirements and advise on engagement approaches.
• Document worker classifications and supervise SOWs and work authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records, onboarding, extensions, and terminations.
• Develop lifecycle controls and drive compliance improvements across units.
