Job summary

Budderfly in the United States is seeking a Contractor Onboarding Specialist to manage our contractor pipeline and help train and onboard approved contractors.

You will coordinate onboarding across systems like HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, Sitetracker, drive process improvements, and collaborate with the Contractor Relations Team to enhance customer satisfaction and time-to-install metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onboarding, business development or pipeline-management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional contractor interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Responsibilities

• Contractor Pipeline Management: evaluate prospective contractors against onboarding criteria and progress them through the process.
• Onboarding Process Management: own and improve the onboarding workflow from recruitment to activation.
• Training and Orientation: coordinate onboarding activities with program managers to ensure readiness.
• Communication and Coordination: serve as primary contact for contractors and coordinate with internal teams.
• System Integration: onboard into systems like HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, Sitetracker and ensure compliance.
• Reporting & Business Analysis: analyze onboarding metrics and timelines; report to leadership.
• Pricing & Contract Administration: negotiate contractor pricing within guidelines and coordinate exceptions.
• Continuous Improvement: develop and implement onboarding procedures and best practices.
