Responsibilities

• Onboard contractors and complete onboarding process and orientation.
• Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
• Assist with processing personnel changes and terminations and maintain files.
• Submit requests, support background checks and drug screenings.
• Verify Form I-9 compliance and maintain I-9 binder.
• Send approvals for timesheets/expense reports and review receipts.
• Update clients with weekly Excel reports and collect timesheets.
