Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to oversee end-to-end onboarding, including new hire setup, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and offer processing.

You will work with Hiring Managers and internal customers to ensure a smooth transition into new roles. The role requires at least four years in onboarding or related HR work, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR.
• Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for Hiring Managers, internal customers, and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment procedures and documentation.
• Prepare and send offer letters detailing role expectations and compensation.
• Oversee background checks, drug testing, and health testing as applicable.
• Monitor statuses in iCIMS and escalate background checks as needed.
• Adjudicate background checks and initiate adverse actions when required.
• Ensure I-9s with E-Verify are completed on time and audited.
• Maintain positive relationships with new hires via email, text, and phone.
