You will collaborate with recruiters and leadership to align with business objectives, maintain data accuracy, and uphold company policies across all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• Develop innovative and strategic sourcing methods to identify external talent.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and sustain a robust candidate pipeline to support TA recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with recruiters and leadership to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting on sourcing activity.
