Job summary

TruX Retail Partner is seeking a Talent Partner to own and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to align workforce needs with sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and a superior candidate experience.

You will leverage ATS data, market insights, and recruiting best practices to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate engagement across multiple locations, with a primarily remote setup and travel to retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Experience handling high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders on workforce needs and priorities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for high-volume openings across multiple locations.
• Serve as trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and operational leaders on workforce needs and priorities.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with staffing needs and ATS data.
