Broad River Retail is seeking a dynamic Contract Recruiter to source candidates, manage a robust talent pipeline, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent candidate experience and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a high school diploma and staffing experience preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; staffing experience preferred.
• Strong cognitive skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English grammar and communication skills.
• Able to use business math concepts in daily tasks.
• Team-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Source candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline to support Talent Acquisition objectives.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication with TA team and leadership.
• Maintain accurate data on sourcing activities, pipelines, and scheduled interviews.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and federal/state laws in the recruitment process.
• Act as a culture champion and support Broad River Retail’s Memory Makers initiative.
