Job summary

TruX Retail Partner is seeking a Talent Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and operations leaders. You will translate business needs into recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and guide selection, offers, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting across locations.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
• Proficient in ATS, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Lead candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Analyze data to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
