Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is partnering with a national retail and fashion organization to add an experienced Corporate Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team.

This 3–6 month contract role supports hiring across the corporate organization and partners directly with leaders to attract talent for professional-level positions. You will join an established Talent Acquisition team, work with hiring leaders, and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced retail

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions across multiple functions.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.

• Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines to keep searches moving.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offers.
• Provide updates on pipeline activity and market conditions to leaders.

Job description

We are partnering with a well-established national retail and fashion organization to add an experienced Corporate Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team. This is a 3–6 month contract opportunity supporting hiring across the corporate organization and partnering directly with leaders to identify and attract talent for a variety of professional-level positions.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys the energy of the retail, fashion, and consumer industry and wants exposure to recruiting across multiple corporate functions. You’ll join an established Talent Acquisition team, work directly with hiring leaders, and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions across multiple business functions.

Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their teams, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.

Recruit for positions that may span areas such as merchandising, buying, planning, marketing, e-commerce, finance, accounting, supply chain, human resources, operations, and other corporate functions.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.

Conduct candidate screens and provide hiring managers with qualified, well-matched talent.

Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines while keeping searches moving efficiently.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, maintain candidate communication, and support the offer process.

Provide hiring leaders with updates on pipeline activity, market conditions, candidate feedback, and recruiting progress.

Deliver a polished and engaging candidate experience that reflects the organization and its brand.

Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS.

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR partners to meet changing business and hiring priorities.

What We’re Looking For

Previous corporate recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple professional disciplines.

Experience recruiting within retail, fashion, consumer products, e-commerce, or another fast-paced corporate environment is highly preferred.

Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.

Proven ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers.

Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.

Ability to successfully manage multiple searches and shifting priorities at the same time.

Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and candidate management skills.

Experience working with an ATS and common recruiting/sourcing platforms.
