Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen, and recommend candidates for roles across the organization. The role involves developing advanced sourcing strategies, building applicant pools, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience while complying with EEO laws and HIPAA.

You will work in the Human Resources department, supporting recruitment from entry to senior leadership, and collaborate with managers globally to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and applicant tracking.
• Experience in online/social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of Roles Assigned - 50%: consult with leaders on position descriptions, create requisitions and sourcing strategies; deliver high-quality short lists; interview and close qualified candidates.
• Sourcing Strategy and Activities - 15%: research new sources and build pipelines; collaborate with hiring teams on sourcing approaches.
• Workforce Development Support - 20%: partner with Business HR to understand upcoming Talent Acquisition needs and create new pipelines.
• Recruitment Event Support - 10%: represent Airbus at events, give college presentations and identify relevant events.
