Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support the Kinston, NC facility.

You will source, screen, and recommend candidates across roles from entry to senior leadership, deploying advanced sourcing strategies and building strong partnerships with managers. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, deep knowledge of US employment laws, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition with sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruiting programs.
• Experience with ATS and online/social media recruiting.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present down-select slate to hiring team.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Represent Airbus employment value proposition in external channels and events.
