Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our TA team in North Carolina. This temporary role involves sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for roles at all levels, from entry to senior leadership, with extended or shortened assignment based on business needs.

The partner will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build candidate pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to applicable laws and Airbus values.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition and interviewing experience.
• Strong knowledge of staffing laws and employment programs.
• Experience with US employment laws and ATS usage.
• Proven ability to communicate and sell the organization's value proposition.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with online/social media recruiting.
• Knowledge of regional labor market.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for assigned roles across levels.
• Partner with leaders and HR to manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for open roles.
• Support workforce development initiatives.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews and present shortlisted candidates.
• Participate in recruitment events.
