You will respond to client inquiries, verify contract scope, manage invoices and cost centers, coordinate vendors, prepare monthly reports, and help ensure HSE compliance while promoting accurate, timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
• Understand contract scope and ensure all work is carried out accordingly.
• Be a financial and operational systems champion; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works; manage sub-contractor paperwork.
• Review invoices, code cost centers, and coordinate billing and quotations.
