CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Contract Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support for a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. You will handle client inquiries, manage contract scope, and drive cost-saving opportunities while coordinating vendors and overseeing billing activities.

This role emphasizes financial attention, data analysis, and adherence to Health & Safety requirements, with a focus on accurate reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems within the function.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and related Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
• Understand contract scope and ensure work aligns with it.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize savings.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors; manage paperwork.
• Review invoices; code cost centers; assist in billing and quotations.
• Approve maintenance billing and projects per agreements.
• Prepare financial reports for AR, AP and POs.
• Provide monthly reporting support for contracts and BU reviews.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and maintain QHSE documents.
• Gather data and identify solutions for complex problems.
• Suggest process improvements to boost team efficiency.
