• Review resumes and assess applicants based on job requirements and feedback.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest.

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate interview details, updates, and next steps to candidates.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and documentation.
• Provide updates to new hires regarding onboarding steps and deadlines.
