Auction.com, Irvine, CA is seeking a proactive Contract Technical Recruiter / Executive Sourcer to lead high-caliber tech hiring for our fintech and real estate technology teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting, headhunt passive candidates, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science leadership to build strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technology positions and build strong pipelines.
• Directly source passive candidates and engage them with personalized outreach.
• Partner with engineering, product and data science leadership to define profiles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technology positions, from talent identification through offer acceptance.
• Proactively headhunt and directly source passive candidates who are not actively applying to open positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and other direct channels.
• Research target companies and identify high-performing talent within relevant tech ecosystems.
• Engage passive candidates through outreach and build relationships for current and future needs.
• Recruit across software engineering, QA, data science, product management, and other tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand tech requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Translate requirements into effective search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Build targeted talent pipelines and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide market feedback on availability, compensation expectations, and sourcing challenges.
