Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions from posting to offer using ATS.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS and track sources.
• Provide status updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters and new hire docs; respond to inquiries.
• Handle confidential compensation and candidate records with discretion.
• Document recruitment processes and SOPs for the team.
• Coordinate and distribute pre-employment assessments.
• Support sourcing during peak hiring periods.
• Comply with all company policies and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
