SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a contract Phlebotomist to support multiple Montgomery County, MD locations. The role involves venipuncture, specimen labeling, centrifugation, and careful data recording, with a focus on patient communication and specimen integrity.

The position follows a 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm schedule, with potential for permanent conversion. Training, OSHA/DEP compliance, and standard lab procedures are part of daily duties.

Competenze

• Valid phlebotomy certification
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture in fast-paced lab or hospital
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws and specimen labeling.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and collect specimens as required.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper labeling and temperature control.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
