6 Degrees Search is seeking a contract Phlebotomist to support multiple locations in Montgomery County, MD. The role is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, and limited EOS hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the employed state.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain equipment.
• Record maintenance data and ensure proper specimen transport.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Ensure OSHA and DEP compliance and participate in trainings.
