Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States to manage the contract process in a fast-paced technology environment. You will review, analyze, and administer contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, policies, and legal standards.

Role requires attention to detail, independence, and knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint and CLM, with AI tools familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in technology.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or CLM applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate with all parties for completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter metadata into Salesforce/CLM/SharePoint.
• Cleanup and validation of data in CLM/Salesforce.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Legal mailbox and work queues.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve process issues.
• Assist Legal in improving standard contracts and generate new documents.
• Research documents requested by legal staff and review contractual obligations.
