Job summary

Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the contract lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.

You will administer, review, and analyze contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, policies, and legal standards. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, set up DocuSign signatories, file contracts in CLM and Salesforce, and perform data cleanup while seeking improvements to standard contracts and generating new documents as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in the technology sector.
Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM applications.
Familiarity with AI tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues cross-functionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple activities.

Responsibilities

Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate contract completion with all parties.
File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter metadata for easy retrieval.
Perform database cleanup in CLM/Salesforce and validate data.
Monitor the shared Legal mailbox and work queues to handle inquiries and requests.
Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve process issues.
Assist Legal in identifying improvements to standard contracts and generate new documents.
Review and analyze documents to determine contractual obligations.
