Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide expert email, phone, and video support for our employer, student, and career services users. This 6-month contract may extend or convert if we fit the role and company needs, with the opportunity to join our permanent team.

You will work with our Support Team to resolve complex issues, improve the customer experience, and help customers across a range of organizations including Google, Amazon, and Cornell University.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering enterprise-level support via email, phone, and video.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex product workflows and reports.

• Resolve 90% of inquiries, bugs, and feedback.
• Handle ~20–30 email tickets per day.
• Conduct ~10 calls over a 4-hour daily shift.
• Attend 1–3 team meetings per week.
• Perform administrative tasks and stay organized.
