Responsibilities

• Provide amazing email and phone support to Handshake customers via internal ticketing systems.
• Resolve 20–30 email tickets per day and ~10 calls in a 4-hour shift.
• Attend 1–3 team meetings per week and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Unblock users, share trends with teams, and improve customer experience.
