Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist (Contractor) to provide email, phone, and video support for employer, student, and career services users. The role is a 6‑month contract with potential extension or conversion based on fit and company needs.

The position centers on technical enterprise support, resolving questions, bugs, and workflows for a range of customers from small orgs to marquee brands, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 40 hours per week during business hours, focusing on email and phone support.
• Handle ~20–30 emails and ~10 calls daily, with 1–3 team meetings weekly.
• Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and share learnings.
