Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair both software and hardware for desktop and laptop computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance for hardware and software-related problems.
• Support provided in accordance with published SLAs.
• Correct hardware problems by coordinating support with OEM vendors.
• Manage returns on warranted parts and systems.
• Install, support, and troubleshoot approved desktop software.
