Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative on an 18-month contract to cover a leave of absence. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service and supporting the Sales team.

Responsibilities include answering questions by phone or email, handling accounts receivable tasks, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate data entry. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Verbal & written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst's escalation process.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst's Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
