UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on an 18-month contract to cover a leave of absence. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service.

Duties include answering questions by phone or email, providing excellent service to customers and UniFirst staff, handling accounts receivable tasks, supporting the Sales Department, and performing data entry. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting is preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• Verbal & written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform basic math operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving conflicts through escalation.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
