Job summary

UniFirst in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on an 18-month contract. You will serve as a liaison between customers and UniFirst, answering questions by telephone or email and supporting the Sales Department.

The role involves AR duties, processing credits and exchanges, data entry, and providing excellent service to customers and UniFirst staff. We offer on-the-job training, a strong benefits package, and a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
Accounts receivable experience encouraged.
High School diploma or GED recommended.
Verbal & written communication skills with professional etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
Time management, detail oriented, team player, problem solver.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by answering questions via telephone or email.
Provide excellent service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, resolving conflicts.
Support UniFirst's Sales Department with administrative tasks.
Handle basic data entry and other administrative duties.
