Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract to serve as a liaison between customers and the company. You will answer questions by telephone or email and support UniFirst's Sales Department, ensuring accurate and timely service.

This role requires strong communication, AR experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. On-the-job training and a 5-day work week with weekends off are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Strong telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving conflicts via escalation process.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst's Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
