Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative on an 18-month contract to cover a leave of absence. You will be a key liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends off.

You will handle inquiries by phone or email, assist with accounts receivable, support the Sales team, and perform data entry and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior accounts receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Strong verbal and written communication etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, resolving conflicts.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst's Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
