Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract to cover a leave of absence. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service while supporting the Sales Department.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone/email, AR duties, and basic data entry. The role offers on-the-job training and a collaborative team environment at UniFirst.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting is preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.
• Verbal & written communication skills with professional telephone/email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by phone or email.
• Provide excellent service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: contact outstanding accounts, process credits/exchanges, resolve conflicts via escalation.
• Support UniFirst's Sales Department and handle basic data entry.
