Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR/Benefits experience.
• Experience supporting benefits programs and HR operations.
• Knowledge of onboarding and HR record management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Respond to employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit programs.
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Process personnel changes, including promotions, transfers, pay adjustments, and status updates.
• Assist with leave administration, accommodations, and workers' compensation tracking.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications.
• Partner with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Prepare reports, audits, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and other administrative HR functions as needed.
