Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to support our client's team in New York, NY. The role manages contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, coordinates onboarding and offboarding, and handles day-to-day program administration in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary, 1-year position offers hybrid work (about 25% onsite) or remote in EST, with an hourly rate of $75.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing/recruiting operations or program coordination
• VMS/HRIS experience (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline or similar) strongly preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and careful handling of confidential worker data
• Reliable and responsive to time-sensitive requests, and able to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with cross-functional partners
• Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Slack, and interested in using automation and AI to improve processes
• Staffing industry or contingent workforce program experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, including worker records and assignments
• Coordinate day-one readiness and offboarding: system access, badges, communications
• Support contractor onboarding, including new-hire onboarding logistics
• Triage requests from program inbox, Jira, and Slack; resolve or route with context and SLA
• Support finance and billing: timesheets, invoices, and coding issues
• Reconcile rosters across VNDLY, Workday and vendor systems; pull data for monthly reports
• Run program admin tasks: drive/knowledge base upkeep, distribution lists, Slack channels, vendor scorecards, QBRs
