Eastridge is seeking an On-Site Manager in Jersey City, NJ, to oversee daily operations for a high-volume contingent workforce. You will manage onboarding, compliance, attendance, and recruiting support while partnering with client leadership to drive operational excellence.

The role requires strong relationship-building, process improvement, and the ability to work onsite full-time. Compensation ranges with bonuses and final details determined by experience and location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing, workforce management, onsite account management, or related client-facing operations.
• Experience staffing or recruiting for temporary or contingent workforces.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Experience managing onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and partner with client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite partner to client and workforce, overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Manage onboarding, compliance, attendance, recruiting support, and timekeeping.
• Develop scalable processes to support a growing contingent workforce and ensure compliance.
• Partner with internal recruiting to meet hiring goals and class starts.
• Conduct interviews and build relationships with hiring managers and client leadership.
• Monitor program activities, resolve issues, and escalate to the program manager as needed.
• Maintain accurate reporting, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation.
