Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite Manager in Jersey City, NJ to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume contingent workforce. You will manage onboarding, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with client leadership to drive efficiency and superior service.

This role is onsite full-time with travel roughly 10% locally. Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, supporting recruiting efforts, and implementing scalable processes to scale the

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing, workforce management, onsite account management, or related client-facing operations.
• Experience supporting temporary or contingent workforces.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with client and hiring managers to guide program processes.
• Be the main point of contact for questions; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide onboarding, attendance, and compliance support; manage exceptions in cloud-based systems.
• Serve as the primary onsite partner to client leadership, driving performance and efficiency.
• Support internal recruiting to meet hiring goals and class starts.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct candidate interviews in person or via video.
