Acrisure is seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute a content strategy that supports demand generation across the stages of the buying journey for a growing portfolio. This role turns messaging into scalable, high-performing content assets engaging buyers and driving outcomes.

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B.
• Exceptional storytelling with editorial judgment and quality.
• Deep understanding of buyer behavior across channels.
• High attention to detail and commitment to craft, consistency, and accuracy.
• Strong collaborator with experience across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Campaigns, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
• Interest in and experience experimenting with AI tools to improve content workflows and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Translate go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and buyer insights into scalable content frameworks and editorial plans.
• Develop and own a content strategy that supports demand generation campaigns across the buying journey.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to business goals, go-to-market strategy, audience needs, and campaign priorities.
• Create and oversee the development of high-quality content assets, including blogs, guides, ebooks, videos, and customer stories.
• Ensure content is on brand, on message, and optimized for channel, format, and intended buyer journey stage.
• Adapt and extend core content into multiple formats to maximize reach, reuse, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to turn messaging and positioning into compelling content.
• Partner with Campaigns to support integrated campaign execution.
• Work with Digital to ensure content is discoverable, optimized, and aligned to search intent.
• Act as a steward of content quality, maintaining exceptional standards for storytelling, clarity, and craft.
• Apply strong editorial judgment and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate content performance and identify opportunities to improve content.
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance content ideation, creation, optimization, and scalability.
• Use AI to increase speed and efficiency while maintaining high editorial standards.
