Acrisure is a global fintech leader seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports demand generation across the buyer journey. You will turn messaging into scalable content assets and partner with Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Digital to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in content marketing for B2B, exceptional storytelling, and a strong editorial eye.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B or complex marketing environments.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with strong editorial taste and content quality.
• Deep understanding of human nature, buyer behavior, and across-channel content performance.
• High attention to detail and commitment to craft, consistency, and accuracy.
• Strong collaborator across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Campaigns, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve content workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and buyer insights into scalable content frameworks and editorial plans.
• Develop and own a content strategy that supports demand generation campaigns along the buying journey.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to business goals and campaign priorities.
• Create and oversee development of blogs, guides, ebooks, videos, and customer stories.
• Ensure content is on brand, on message, and optimized for channel, format, and buyer journey stage.
• Adapt core content into multiple formats to maximize reach and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn messaging into compelling content.
• Partner with Campaigns to support integrated campaign execution.
• Work with Digital to ensure content is discoverable and SEO/ASE aligned.
• Act as content quality steward with strong editorial judgment.
• Evaluate content performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Explore AI tools to enhance ideation, creation, optimization, and scalability.
