Acrisure is seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute a content strategy that supports demand generation across the stages of the buying journey for a growing portfolio. This role turns messaging and positioning into scalable, high‑performing content assets that engage buyers, influence behavior, build preference, and drive business outcomes.

This involves identifying key themes and assets to create, building the project plan, and delivering high-quality assets ready for market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B or complex marketing environments.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with strong editorial taste and content quality.
• Deep understanding of human nature, buyer behavior, and content performance across channels.
• High attention to detail and commitment to craft, consistency, and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Campaigns, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve content workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market strategy into scalable content frameworks and editorial plans.
• Develop and own content strategy supporting demand generation across the buyer journey.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to goals and priorities.
• Create high‑quality assets (blogs, guides, ebooks, videos, case studies) and ensure on-brand messaging.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Digital to optimize discoverability and performance.
