Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Content Strategist to design and execute a scalable content program that drives demand generation across the buyer journey. You will partner with Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Digital to turn messaging into assets that engage buyers and influence decisions.

The role emphasizes editorial excellence, storytelling, and leveraging AI to improve quality and efficiency while ensuring content remains on brand. On-site collaboration is expected to support cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B or complex marketing environments.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with strong editorial taste and content quality.
• Deep understanding of human nature, buyer behavior, and what content performs across channels.
• High attention to detail and commitment to craft, consistency, and accuracy.
• Strong collaborator with experience across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Campaigns, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve content workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market messaging into scalable content frameworks.
• Develop and own a content strategy for demand generation campaigns across the buying journey.
• Build and maintain editorial calendars aligned to goals, strategy, audience needs, and priorities.
• Create and oversee blogs, guides, ebooks, videos, and customer stories.
• Ensure content is on brand, on message, and optimized for channel and buyer journey stage.
• Adapt core content into multiple formats to maximize reach, reuse, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn messaging into content.
• Partner with Campaigns to support integrated campaign execution.
• Work with Digital to ensure content is discoverable and optimized for search intent.
• Act as steward of content quality with strong editorial judgment.
• Continuously evaluate content performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance ideation, creation, optimization, and scalability.
• Use AI to increase speed and efficiency while maintaining editorial standards.
