Acrisure is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Content Innovation to shape how buyers understand their challenges, evaluate solutions, and experience Acrisure in the market. You will lead content initiatives that educate audiences, build trust, and drive growth across channels.

Working with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales Enablement, you will blend storytelling with innovation, leveraging GenAI and video-first strategies to scale content and impact.

Competenze

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B environments.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with strong editorial judgment.
• Deep understanding of buyer behavior, audience engagement, and content performance.
• Experience creating content across formats including written, visual and video; familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.

• Develop and own content strategy for an assigned portfolio of solutions and audiences.
• Translate GTM strategy into content plans and editorial calendars.
• Create and oversee high-quality content assets across formats and channels.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content supports campaigns and revenue goals.
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights.
