Job summary

Cambium Assessment, Inc. is seeking a Content Project Coordinator to support statewide assessment programs. You will work with the Item Development Manager and internal teams to ensure deliverables are documented and completed on contract, coordinating with the client and content teams.

The role requires organizational skills, ability to manage meetings and artifacts, and willingness to train educators on systems and processes. Remote US-based with independent work and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the content team to ensure deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time.
• Organizes and manages meeting agendas, minutes, issues logs, and other project artifacts.
• Assists with and coordinates item reviews; tracks client feedback and internal responses.
• Updates documentation and support materials for content teams.
• Drives and/or participates in educator trainings on systems and processes.
• Provides meeting support, including preparation of materials.
• Assists with production and assembly of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
