Zusammenfassung

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for Cambium Assessment, Inc. to support statewide computer-based assessment programs.

You will work with the project team and client to ensure deliverables are on time, maintain meeting materials, and coordinate testing and documentation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of experience, strong communication abilities, and comfort working remotely in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 20% per quarter.

Aufgaben

• Provides administrative support for the program manager and project team members to ensure deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time.
• Provides on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparation of materials and participation in client site meetings.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with state staff and educators and manage inquiries.
• Prepares expense vouchers, travel reimbursements and invoices and submits to CBO.
• Updates ancillary documentation and support materials for customers such as software user guides and administration manuals.
• Organizes and manages meeting agendas, minutes, issues logs, and other project artifacts.
• Assists with software user acceptance testing and feedback tracking from client and internal teams.
• Liaises with Help Desk to coordinate responses to routine and complex cases.
• Assists with production of reports, presentations, and proposals.
