Cambium Assessment, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering statewide assessment programs. You will oversee tasks from the Program Manager, coordinate on-site and virtual meetings, prepare materials, and help track deliverables.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, with occasional travel up to 20% per quarter. Mountain Time hours preferred.

The Project Management team at Cambium Assessment, Inc. works closely with internal teams and the state client to make sure all deliverables related to computer-based statewide assessment programs are performed according to the contract. As part of the Project team, the Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the team on specific short- and long-term projects.
In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Program Manager and provide general administrative support for internal CAI teams as well as the client. The Project Coordinator is expected to work independently or with minimal direction on tasks as well as proactively seek out assignments.
