Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Consumption Pricing Monetization Lead to own the strategy and execution for bringing Lumen products into a consumption-based model. This role requires deep experience in pricing, packaging, and monetization across cloud platforms.

You will align Product, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Pricing Ops to deliver scalable, flexible consumption contracts and listings, mirroring hyperscaler models and building repeatable processes for revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in cloud pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy at a hyperscaler, ISV, AI, or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with consumption modeling, packaging, and draw down contract vehicles.
• Operational mindset with building processes from zero, not just strategy decks.
• Excellent cross-functional partnering with Product, Legal, Sales, Finance.
• Direct experience with Microsoft MACC private offers, AWS Private Marketplace, or GCP Private Offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and end-to-end execution for consumption pricing for Lumen products.
• Develop pricing models, packaging, and marketplace offers.
• Define terms, procedures, and SKUs for a digital consumption ecosystem.
• Create playbooks for Sales, Deal Desk, and Pricing Ops to reduce escalations.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Pricing Ops.
