Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape promotional offers and long-term monetization across cloud-based, AI-enabled, and digital product portfolios.

The role requires financial and project management expertise to develop scalable frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy. You will measure success and decide when ideas become BAU.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in pricing, monetization, financial analysis or product analytics.
• Experience pricing cloud platforms, SaaS, AI-enabled products or APIs.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience guiding complex initiatives in large organizations and influencing without authority.
• Enterprise tech, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, or B2B pricing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination and governance.
• Develop scalable, repeatable motions for testing and evolution.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes and growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities maximizing network value.
• Build financial models evaluating margins, unit economics and benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to assess initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales and marketing to translate capabilities into offers.
• Advise stakeholders on tradeoffs, risks and best practices in cloud monetization.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing to value and growth.
